Carsten Hoff is the Managing Director of the CLAAS E-Systems and responsible for all group-wide electronics activities of the CLAAS group. Focus of his work are E/E architecture, connecitity, automatic steering systems and HMI. Before joining CLAAS he worked more than 10 years in the automotive industry. In his last position he was the Vice President of the product segment Energy Management at Hella. Before starting his career in the automotive industry he was working as a research engineer at the Institute of Microelectronic Systems and the University of Hannover.
